I want to let you all know about my OC, Arastus. He's a race known as a Saikaian, witch is a 10th Generation anomally in the Arkaian race. He's ability and powress are unmatched on his planet. His style is called the Heaven's style, and on of his strongest techniques is called the Heaven's Touch. I will have more for you all later.
